Steve was also admitted to practice law in California in 1996, and currently maintains an inactive license to practice law in that state. Steve handles serious injury and wrongful death cases for plaintiffs in the Mid-Atlantic area encompassing DC, MD, and DE. Stephen has broad trial experience and has successfully prosecuted all manner of serious injury cases. Stephen Price Norman is a former Assistant County Attorney for St. Mary’s County, Maryland, where he represented the Board of County Commissioners, the Ethics Commission, the Board of Appeals, as well as the Planning Commission. Stephen has a keen interest in real estate development and real estate law. He has founded numerous very successful businesses, including Sussex Title & Escrow, SPN Title Services, and his own very successful law firm The Norman Law Firm.
Mr. Norman is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He was born in Washington, DC, and raised in the Rockville, MD area. Stephen graduated with honors from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Business and went on to graduate from University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore, where he was Associate Editor of the Business Lawyer.
