Camille Collins

Camille Collins is a Delaware trial attorney representing clients in civil litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury matters throughout the State of Delaware. Camille joined Schwartz & Schwartz as a Law Clerk during her second year of law school and continues to serve the firm where she handles cases from inception through resolution—including pre-suit investigation, strategic motion practice, discovery, negotiations, and trial advocacy. Camille prepares every case with the expectation that it may be tried before a judge or jury.
Her practice is built on disciplined preparation, sharp legal analysis, and decisive courtroom presence. Whether defending a client against criminal charges, pursuing compensation for injury victims, or litigating complex civil disputes, Camille approaches each matter with strategy and resolve. She is committed to protecting her clients’ rights, advancing their interests aggressively, and holding opposing parties accountable.
Camille’s professional foundation reflects leadership and advocacy at the highest levels. She served as a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, competed with both the Moot Court and Transactional Law Honor Societies, and held office as Parliamentarian of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). Her work and performance earned recognition through the Haile L. Alford Excellence Award, the Louis L. Redding Scholarship, and induction into the Order of Barristers. She also contributed to the Innocence Project Delaware Clinic, investigating post-conviction matters and reinforcing her commitment to justice inside and outside the courtroom.
A proud Delaware native, Camille brings resilience, strategic thinking, and unwavering focus to every case she handles. She believes effective advocacy requires preparation, courage, and a willingness to stand firm – and she brings all three to the courtroom on behalf of her clients.
