Delaware DUI Checkpoints – unconstitutionally spooky this Halloween weekend

Delaware DUI checkpoints will be stopping and interfering with motorists this Halloween weekend as follows:
Friday Oct. 28 there will be a Newark, DE DUI checkpoint. There will also be a Rehoboth DUI checkpoint.
Saturday Oct. 29 there will be a Wilmington, Delaware DUI checkpoint.
This advisory is posted for the benefit of innocent motorists who have done nothing wrong to justify stopping them in violation of the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
